End Connection: Flange Ball Float Steam Traps utilize a ball and float mechanism to provide modulated condensate discharge. A float rises as the condensate enters the trap body. The float is attached to a seat mechanism that opens proportional to the condensate level. A Bi-Metal thermostatic bypass valve is incorporated in the trap mechanism to insure that all non- condensable gas are removed from the system.
Lever float steam traps are unaffected by pressure and discharge condensate continuously.

• With double ported balance valve system, the trap is small in physical size large in discharge capacity, can show superiority in the low pressure condition.
• Built in Bi-metal automatic air vent to prevent air locking, and rapid start-up is provided.
• All internal parts are easily accessible without having to remove the trap from the line.

Steam traps are suitable for large steam heating equipment of low pressure that used in industries of petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, electric power, food, pharmacy, etc.
 Note:
Protection rod of the float must be removed after installation.
